Richmond & Union Plaza Apartments

Over the years, SRDA has experienced tremendous growth and nothing demonstrates this more than the addition of the Richmond and Union Plaza apartments.

These buildings are the result of a joint effort between SRDA, the City of Pueblo, and the Pueblo Housing Authority. Two functional, well designed apartment complexes consisting of 97 units are adjacent to the Joseph H. Edwards Active Adult Center. Individuals that may need assisted and supportive services need only look to SRDA as their neighbor to help them remain active and independent.
